Customer service is a series of activities designed to enhance the level of customer satisfaction ? That is, the feeling that a product or service has met the customer expectation.
It is one of the vital part and always present in Marketing. And it is what keeps the customer coming for their products. For me, the "Ultimate Goal of Marketing" is to "Build Relationships to Customers".
